Discount Tire

Tony Ashbrook a month ago

Was greeted in the parking lot before I even got in the door. Had 2 vehicles needing tire rotation. Was there for maybe 45 minutes tops. Probably closer to 30 minutes. Impressed with multiple greetings and sense of urgency from the staff to address my needs. Southaven Discount Tire has been my go to tire service for 11 years now and previously for 5 years in Texas.

I have been going to Discount Tire for several years. I have purchased several sets of tires over the years. As usual, went in for balance and rotation almost 2 months ago. The tech did not include the Toyota rim emblem back after completing the balance/ rotation. I immediately returned to the location and was told that the item would be ordered and I would receive a call. After 3 weeks I followed up And was told it was STILL not there. I called again the following week and was told that it should be there in a couple of days. THAT was weeks ago. Still no call. I called today and am STILL getting more run around. I left a message for a manager ( supposedly his name is Chris) to fix the issue. So tired of their excuses and just blowing me off. Their service and integrity is gone " down the tube"

Spectacular service, the entire team from the people changing my tire to the manager all went above and beyond and my tires were replaced in record time. I was in and out within 30 min. Couldn’t have expected a better service and outcome. Thank you

Taylor was very helpful, patient and courteous taking my order over the phone, I explained i was traveling in a few days and knew this location was right off the interstate exit, I asked for an appointment a few mornings later, it was no problem. The store was extremely busy on the morning I arrived for my appointment to have the new tires installed. I was honestly skeptical when Armando told me it would be an hour or less start to finish. It only took 47 minutes! These two were very courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back for the next set!
